Els Vinyerons wines is our natural winemaking project created by Alex & Amos as a result of our motivation to produce the wines we love. With this aim, we started a deep and long process to select those vinyeards that had the potencial to comunicate trought their fruit the essence of a variety, land or landscape. We keep seeking for vinyeras all around our territories and only when we get excited for some place is when we decide to ahead with a new wine.
Spontaneous yeasts, minimum intervention, no enological products, let the wine go their own way and passion for wine! This is our philosophy
