Vinha Pan Grape: 100% Baga
First sparkling wine in Portugal without the addition of sulfur & zero dosage. Perfect alternativ to champagne. We simply love this sparkling that is aged for 30month.
Taste:Delicate notes of aromas like dried fruits, nuts and orange peel. Brioche, toasty and butter notes. Elegant Perlage. Perfekt as aperitif or with food.
Lluerna Grape: Xarel-lo
A light white wine from Spain.
Taste: A very nice mineral wine with exceptional saltiness and freshness, citrus and floral aromas, hints of fennel and some herbal notes.

Grape: 20 different grapes in the ratio 50% white and 50% red grapes
A light red wine best served slightly chilled
Taste: In the mouth, this wine shows a lively and very personal character with lots of freshness, very elegant tannins and great aromatic complexity. A lot of red fruit comes into play here with notes of sour cherries, wild strawberries, raspberries and plums. With the second sip we find marzipan, almonds and fine chestnut notes. The whole thing is paired with a light Mediterranean spice of rosemary, bay leaf and some pepper with a salty mineral finish.
