One of the most exciting current natural wine projects in Portugal.

Aparte was born in 2018 when 3 friends with an ISA viticulture and a ecology masters degree discovered a wine barrel that was left „apart“ in a wine cellar in Palmela.

The grapes are handpicked and selected in the vineyard. The winemaking process is in harmony with nature. Vinhos Aparte stand for naturally made wines with passion and they belong to a small group of portugese vegan producers.

The „ Classic White“ is a classic natural wine with amazing freshness and fruit tones and funk with a breeze of the Atlantic. A thrilling cuvee of the portuguese grapes Arinto, Encruzado, Viosinho and Fernao Pires (from the Lisboa x Dao region x Tras-os-Montes Region).

Monda - our "Monda Lisa" (the Classic) represents the best of each year through all the different harvests we do around the country. The best barrels are selected taking into account an aesthetic style: Spotless, crispy, fresh and focused. This wine is produced with the aim of not being labeled as natural wine in a blind tasting.

The grapes were harvested by hand to 16kg boxes and brought to the winery. Gentle pressing on Arinto, Encruzado e Viosinho and Foot treading for 2 hours and skin contact for 48 in the Fernão Pires. Indigenous yeasts fermentation. Gravity decanted to oak barrels where it finished alcoholic fermentation and malolactic. Blended 1 month before bottling, unfiltered, 45mg total Sulphur added.

Each year the labeling of the wines change as they wanted to support different artist but also have the graphics matching their interpretations to the liquid creations. is in love with their concept and their golden liquid.
