This wine is produced in the world famous Douro Valley in Portugal. It comes from a single vineyard called Ladeiras, facing east and with an average altitude of 510m.
Therefore perfect for producing wines with an excellent freshness. typical only of the highes places. Its altitude is so steep that in winter it is common to see the vines above the clouds that meander through the Tua Valley.
The agriculture practiced is organic with agroecological and regenerative techniques, giving special importance to the valorization of the schist soil and the entire surrounding ecosystem privileging the biodiversity of the species.
The vilification is 100% natural, without using any chemical additive, not even sulfites. It is a wine made only with grapes. The wine was pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats. The fermentation was fast and lasted 15 days.
It was not subjected to any type of filtration in order to preserve the original elements of the wine.
It has a beautiful straw coolred visual presentation and its aroma has rich notes of tropical fruits. In the mouth it reveals a simplicity typical of natural wines, with a long and fresh finish.
