Winemaking: Organic viniculture, Herbicide-free farming, Traditional hand picking, Use of natural yeast, malolactic fermentation, alcoholic fementation for 9 months. Made from old Chardonnay grape-variety (75years old), selected in the village of Vergisson, climat “Sur la Roche” on clay & limestone soil.
Taste: Delicate nose with aromas of lemon and a very nice acidity. This wine is very long on the palate, very well balanced between acidity and roundness. It is a great wine of the Mâconnais area. Delicious with fish and seafood.

NICOLAS MAILLET - The winemaker of Pouilly Fuissé see all NICOLAS MAILLET wines.
The vineyard has been in the hands of Nicolas Maillet family for four generations. Back then, the wines were produced in the cellar of the Domain. In 1928 the production of the domain started to be delivered to the village's cooperative winery, up until 1999 when the wine started once again to be produced in the family cellar.
