25 year old vines of Vital planted in Serra de Montejunto, in the region of Lisbon, located 10 miles from the Atlantic coast. 2 weeks of maceration on the skins, Vital did ferment with native yeasts in 1000 litres dornas and then pressed to age on old Burgundy barrels for 11 months. Malolactic completed.
