Winemaking: Organic viniculture, Herbicide-free farming, Use of natural yeast. Grapes from small viticulture in the Mountain of Montejunto from vineyards having COZs coordination. Hand harvested in the fresh morning at prime maturity. The Vital grape has macerated / fermented and aged in 20 hl concrete vats. 2019 is a year with a final cycle of rapid maturation in the Lisbon region which has produced rich but well defined wines. The indication "pop" refers to a popular style but at the same time modern.--
