Grapes: Touriga Nacional (80%), Fernão Pires and Vital (20%)
Taste: On the nose you’ll find notes of red fruits, side by side with fermentation aromas, like yeast and bread. In the mouth you get an intense wine, with strawberry and watermelon aromas, full bodied but still fresh and zingy, with a smooth but crispy mousse.

Harvested manually between 4 and 7 of September into 15 Kg crates, the grapes were showing beautiful, very healthy and quite ripe already.
At the winery we simply press gently the whole bunches into a stainless tank where the wine spontaneously fermented for about 16 days.
Before fermentation was over we manually bottled 526 bottles of this fresh pink wine and let those sit in the cellar for 8 months.
