Chinado Curtimenta is a skin macerated white with one week of skin contact. The grapes came from a old vineyard , a field blend wine, comprised mostly of Fernão Pires, Vital, Bical, Alicante Branco and others. Final blend is 40% used oak and 60% stainless steel aged for 6 months.
Taste: Very aromatic, with hints of quince, orange blossom, apricot. In the mouth you can clearly feel the skin contact influence, there is definitely some tannin, crispy acidity and more presence.
